PRETZELS ON MARKET was created by friends who recognized the void left at Central Market when Mummau’s closed at the beginning of the renovation. It started out with a conversation about everyone asking where they could find good soft pretzels. Deb Holt, Dan and Sally Delgiorno came together to fill this need for the customers frequenting Lancaster Central Market.

PRETZELS ON MARKET offers Philly style soft pretzels along with many of their famous dips, rivet trays, and sandwiches on delicious pretzels wraps; traditional style Lancaster County pretzels; pretzel sticks, Gluten Free Pretzels, and pretzel mix so you can take home a little bit of Lancaster County and enjoy pretzels fresh from your own oven. Yummmmm!!!! Breakfast sandwiches made on a delicious pretzel roll are available with your choice of egg & cheese; sausage, egg & cheese; bacon, egg & cheese. Philly style pretzels are made in special shapes for all the holidays.

We also offer the locally made Hammond’s hand-rolled pretzels, both salted and unsalted. Hammond’s also makes delicious mustard for dipping their crunchy pretzels. At holiday time we offer chocolate treats made strictly by Hammonds with that wonderful salt flavor mixed in with chocolate. These pretzels can also be shipped for you to your friends and relatives around the country for a great gift. Don’t forget your local friends because we do gift baskets in just about any price range.
