Thunda N Mimosas: This One’s For The Girls

Thunda N Mimosas is a Spoken Word Poetry Showcase that takes place annually at The Ware Center on the First Friday of Women’s Empowerment Month. Local Poetic Powerhouse Thunda Khatt brings women Poets from all over the tristate area and beyond for Lancaster to witness the prowess and raw talent the colorful world of Spoken Word Poetry has to offer. When we say this one’s for the girls, we really mean it. This show runs on all women from the Poets to the host, to the vendors, the catering, the bartender, and even the videographer. Because anything he can do she can do better, she can do anything better than you.
