Free Yoga in the Park!
This community class is FREE to everyone and accessible to all yoga levels and age groups.
Spend an hour practicing yoga and mindfulness in the park with us every Monday at 5:30 pm at Buchanan Park.
Meet at Race Avenue side near the red historical building.
How to prepare? We recommend
Wearing light breathable clothing to move and be in the summer heat
Bring a towel or a mat to practice on
Pack water to stay hydrated
Then arrive ten minutes early to ensure you have time to practice the full HOUR!
Invite your friends, bring the whole family, or schedule a date night, and meet us at the park!
What can you expect from the class?
An adaptable Journey into Power sequence that allows all body types and physical abilities to practice. We are here to encourage you to explore different poses in your body, practice mindfulness, and connect with the community around you. Our guides all come with a passion for the practice and spreading it to the community.
This is a FREE community-building class hosted by AIM to Empower and Lancaster Rec, donations are appreciated but not required.

Your donation will directly impact A.I.M. to Empower, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves here in the Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas. A.I.M. is dedicated to sharing the life-coping skills of yoga, mindfulness, and connection that transform and uplift individuals and communities.
