Theater Games: Confidence Through Performance

Do you love the idea of performing but don’t have the confidence to get on stage? In this interactive workshop, you will develop strategies and techniques to build and improve your confidence during a performance or presentation. After a brief introduction and warm up, we will get engaged in movement, play some confidence building games, and practice tips and techniques as we speak in front of each other.
