Treat yourself to dinner at the ‘Dry or Drizzly’ January Chef’s Table at Proof of Lancaster, designed to provide up to twelve guests with front-row seats to a lively culinary performance. Witness artistry in its most delicious sense as our executive culinary team prepares a vibrant custom-tailored menu. Between bites, savor each sip of our assorted zero-proof mocktails OR craft cocktails (your choice!), created by our professional bar staff. Chat with our culinary team as they add the finishing touches to your dish.
You will be welcomed into Proof and seated at our Chef’s Table where you will begin your evening with an aperitivo. Dinner will consist of 5 courses created by our Chef exclusively for this dining experience. You may choose to take a look at the evening’s menu, or be surprised as each dish is placed in front of you.
– Base ticket (Non-Alcohol): $180 per ticket (20% gratuity included) – Includes a pre-dinner mocktail, our 5-course tasting menu, and 4 zero-proof mocktail pairings.
– Make it Drizzly (Alcohol): $240 per ticket (20% gratuity included) – Includes a pre-dinner aperitivo, our 5-course tasting menu, and 4 craft cocktail pairings.
