Join us for an enchanting afternoon of creativity, community, and art as we celebrate Lancaster’s Paint the City day! “Paint the City Lancaster | The Siren’s Secret” is a unique outdoor painting class where the vibrant spirit of the city becomes your backdrop.
Set up under a cozy canopy on our sidewalk, you’ll have your easel and paintbrushes in hand, ready to follow along as we bring a beautiful, whimsical mermaid to life on canvas. While we won’t be painting directly from our surroundings, you’ll still feel the inspiration from the charm of Lancaster all around you—from the historic beauty of nearby architecture to the lively energy of summer festivals, cheerful street chatter, and even the occasional melodies of a street musician. This vibrant atmosphere will enhance the creative process as you work on your own masterpiece.
Guiding you through this creative journey is the talented Heather Hostettler who will lead the class in painting “The Siren’s Secret”—a whimsical and beautiful mermaid that’s sure to ignite your imagination. Together, we’ll capture not only the mermaid’s allure but also the character and beauty of our shared surroundings.
