Join us as we welcome back Suzette Mullen – author of the memoir The Only Way Through is Out.
Suzette was raised to play it safe, but after a seismic midlife revelation she left a thirty-year marriage, came out as LGBTQ+, and moved to a city (Lancaster!) where she knew exactly one person. In this interactive author talk, Suzette will share why she chose to leave her safe comfortable life, what she’s learned about the costs – and the joys – of living authentically, and why she believes it’s never too late to write a new story for yourself.
Attendees are invited to consider and share their own new beginning stories.
Registration is helpful, but walk-ins are always welcome!
