NURTURING OURSELVES WITH MINDFULNESS, A MINI-RETREAT

An online mindfulness mini-retreat specifically for college students. In this two hour retreat, we will be engaging in gentle and soothing guided meditation practices that nurture the mind, body and heart. Bring calm to the inner critic and quite the busy mind, in the “Nurturing Ourselves with Mindfulness” retreat

JESS OKANYA PATEL, MA
Jess Okanya Patel holds a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Studies and is also qualified to teach the prestigious MBSR course (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). Having completed her Master’s degree during the Covid-19 pandemic, she understands first-hand the difficulty of balancing academic studies with life’s many challenges. She has a unique skillset to facilitate transformative mental wellness practices. She brings a warm, inviting and personal approach to her teaching.
