The Lancaster City Human Relations Commission (HRC) is hosting our own version of the famous Human Library on Friday May 5th from 6-8 PM at the Mix at Arbor Place, and would love for you to attend. Our hope is that we can all hear and learn from stories within our own community and use it as an opportunity to better connect with each other.
Attendees will cycle through and hear from each of the “books,” members of the Lancaster community who have bravely and graciously agreed to share stories of how they’ve faced discrimination in their lives. The event will be held in the Mix at Arbor Place; nonalcoholic drinks and food will be provided. This event is free and registration is required.
