Step into the new year with a full heart. We come together for this 90 minute practice in the heart space with energetic, joyous, & playful movement. This is an opportunity for us to reflect as a Sangha and to expand with one another! Our movement practice will help us shake it up and off, and Sonia always does her best to create lots of options for all our different bodies! This is a practice and gathering for all.

This playful and uplifting Bhakti Vinyasa incorporates an invigorating flow with chanting, meditation, and is followed by an extended Savasana of deep rest. Come together and dance into this new year with a full and open heart. Yogis of all levels are welcome in this open level practice!
