Event Permits There are a variety of public spaces where individuals or organizations can hold events in Lancaster City. A Facility/Activity Permit Application is required in order to reserve public space for an event. If just renting a pavilion in a city park, a Park Pavilion Permit Application is only required. If hosting a block party on your block, a Block Party Permit Application is only required. Park Pavilion Permit Application – The permit is located on the City of Lancaster’s website here.
